Effective August 31, 2026 · Plain-language operating policies for The Sacred Quill, a Sacred LLC service.
We collect information you submit, including contact details, poems, applications, and membership interest, to operate editorial and community services. We do not sell applicant data. Service providers may process data only to operate the service. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal and archival obligations.
Use the site lawfully and do not submit infringing, abusive, deceptive, or malicious material. Public reading does not grant permission to reproduce, train on, license, or commercially exploit a poet’s work. Features may change while the service develops.
You retain copyright. Submission grants only the limited permission needed to receive, store, and review the work. Publication, editing, exclusivity, compensation, or licensing requires a separate written agreement. Submission does not guarantee response, acceptance, publication, or payment.
Rights holders may send a detailed notice identifying the work, the challenged material, contact information, a good-faith statement, and authority to act through the Author Inquiry page. We review complete notices and may remove disputed material while investigating.
No harassment, impersonation, hate, threats, plagiarism, deceptive engagement, or unauthorized personal information. Content notes should be used when a poem includes material readers may reasonably wish to anticipate.
Prices and benefits are disclosed before payment. Current membership forms record interest unless checkout explicitly states payment is active. Workshop dates, cancellation terms, access rules, and facilitator details will be shown before registration.
